Is there a deposit when using Poland's Pals Services?

To schedule your meet and greet, we kindly ask for a non-refundable deposit equal to one day of care. This helps us reserve your spot and ensures your pets get the best attention from the start! 🐾

Does Poland's Pals offer boarding services?

We don’t offer boarding, as we’ve found pets are happiest and least stressed when they stay in the comfort of their own home. Instead, we provide personalized dog walking and overnight stay services to ensure your Pals get the care and attention they need. 

Are there any forms that need to be filled out?

After you request service, we’ll email you the Poland’s Pals forms. Please complete them by the day of your meet and greet so we can take great care of your pets. You can also access the forms using the button below.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Poland’s Pals accepts Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, checks, cash, and other ACH-based electronic payments for your convenience.
